Jené manages learner and client enquiries, course bookings, and ongoing client support. With more than a decade of experience in health training administration, she is often the first point of contact for individuals and organisations engaging with EFHA.
She is known for her warm communication style, efficiency, and ability to guide learners through their training journey with clarity and reassurance. Outside of work, Jené enjoys baking, catering, music, creative projects, and time with friends and family.
