How to Book your Course:
Download the booking form below or email support@educationforhealth.africa.
You can complete the booking form electronically using a PDF Reader or print it and complete it clearly. Then please send it with a copy of your ID to support@educationforhealth.africa
On receipt of your booking form and ID copy, we will send you a confirmation email supplying you with an invoice, banking details and client reference number. Your booking can only be confirmed once proof of payments is received.
Courses for groups of 10 or more can be arranged in person in host countries on request. Please click here to request a group booking quote.
