Bianca leads EFHA’s learner success and mentorship function, with a particular focus on supporting learners through workplace assignments and portfolios of evidence. She provides structured guidance, reviews submissions for quality and compliance, and supports learners as they translate theory into workplace practice.
She is passionate about making learning achievable and supportive, particularly for learners navigating workplace-based assessment for the first time. Bianca brings a calm, caring, and learner-centred approach to her work.
