Wellness Management for Line Managers & Supervisors (Live Facilitator Led Online)
This 20-hour course is designed for line managers and supervisors to proactively manage employee wellness, identify troubled employees, host a constructive conversation and refer employees into health and wellness services.
Competence in this training course will enable the learner to:
✓ Assess reasons for absenteeism and poor productivity in the workplace
✓ Identify signs and symptoms of a troubled employee
✓ Demonstrate effective communication skills for improved interpersonal relationships
✓ Host a constructive conversation with an employee
✓ Review case studies in relation to employee engagement and wellness management
We offer the training in 3 different formats to best suit your needs:
1. Face-to-face: Students physically attend and are trained by a facilitator face-to-face Students join online and receive live online training by a facilitator
2. Live online: Students join online and receive live online training by a facilitator
3. eLearning: Students can log in at any time and work through the course material at their own pace.
