Course Details

This 8-hour training course is for individuals who are responsible for the performance of vision screening tests in the occupational setting.

This training course will refresh the learner's knowledge and skills in:
  • Prepare to conduct a basic visual health screening of clients
  • Conduct quality occupational vision screening of clients using non -automated equipment and
    standardised visual screen charts and semi-automated orthorator
  • Apply basic principles in gauging variation/s in the visual screening results from the visual
    demand requirements of various occupational exposure risk profiles and basic visual health
    parameters
  • Accurately record and report the basic management of the screening results
Entry Requirements
  • Participants must hold a Certificate of Competence in Occupational Vision Screening
Duration
  • 8 hours online presented by a facilitator
