Occupational Screening Spirometry Short Course, Online, December 2021

The last Education for Health Africa Spirometry online course was facilitated from our offices at Kingfisher Office Park in Mount Edgecombe, Durban.

With 18 students from 5 countries being South Africa, Botswana, Mozambique, The Gambia and Swaziland we had an intense but rewarding time together over the 3 days using the Zoom platform covering every aspect of the theory of spirometry and with practical demonstrations as far as possible online. We had great success in the final theory assessment and plans for practical assessments are underway. We look forward to joining our team in Mozambique for practical training at your sites early next year.
