Our main focus was on developing expertise in spirometry, both in terms of skills and practical application. The team from Manjacaze demonstrated impressive dedication, juggling their regular work responsibilities with the demands of mastering practical exercises, learning new software, and conducting quality assessments of tests. Despite the challenging time constraints, we managed to use our time effectively, ensuring that the students received comprehensive mentorship and guidance, which will be beneficial for their professional portfolios.

The spirometry testing area in Manjacaze is spacious and well-equipped with an air conditioning system, ensuring comfort for clients and technicians alike. This generous space allows for a safe distance between clients and technicians during tests. Despite acquiring new Spirobank spirettes, the team has opted to continue using their Easy On PC spirometer spirettes, as the Spirobank-compatible device was being used in the training area. The technicians are adept at using the MIR software for calibration and operations and plan to integrate it for client testing shortly. The presence of hand sanitizers in each room, actively used by both staff and clients, is an exemplary practice that has garnered my praise.
