Tania embarked on her nursing career in 1988 and became a registered nurse in 1992, holding a Diploma in General Nursing, Community Nursing, Psychiatry, and Midwifery. Her passion for continuous learning led her to pursue several postgraduate qualifications, including a Diploma in Clinical Diagnosis, Treatment, and Care, as well as certifications in Audiometry, Spirometry, Vision Screening, Palliative Care, Dispensing, and Travel Medicine.
After qualifying, she initially worked in theatre and midwifery, gaining experience in these specialized areas. In 1993, she transitioned into the Occupational Health field by joining a gold mine’s medical team, where she worked for five years.
Her entrepreneurial spirit then guided her to establish her own business in 2000. Initially, Tania secured smaller contracts with three companies and as well as doing home-based care and home deliveries. Today, she is the director of TNT Health Care Services Pty Ltd, a thriving company that provides comprehensive Occupational and Primary Health Care services to over 60 clients, servicing approximately 3000 employees with a dedicated staff complement of seven, both full-time and part-time.
Based in White River, Mpumalanga, Tania balances her professional life with a deep love for the outdoors, enjoying both the bush and the sea. She is a proud mother of two adult children and a devoted grandmother to two beautiful grandchildren.
She considers herself a committed, highly motivated, and hard-working individual. She is deeply passionate about making a difference and serving people, with an unwavering dedication to her profession.
