

Henry Nhema, a dedicated Occupational Health Nurse Practitioner from Zimbabwe. Henry has been working in the occupational health and safety field since 2020, where he was fortunate enough to undergo induction through ZIMPLATS. Since March 2020, he has served as the Leading Clinical Operations Manager for Turfx Occupational Health Centre, delivering medical examinations for ZIMPLATS.
Henry holds a Master of Science in Occupational Nursing, which enhances his ability to provide high-quality care and support to employees across various industries. In addition, he has pursued further specialization through a Postgraduate Diploma in Forensic Psychiatry and Anthropology, giving him a unique perspective on the mental health aspects of occupational environments.
Furthering in professional growth, Henry obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Leadership and Management, which leads him effectively in the field. Additionally, he has earned Certificates of Competency in Audiometry and Spirometry, enabling him to conduct important assessments that safeguard worker health.
Since 2021, Henry has also worked as a part-time Phlebotomy Nurse for Impali Laboratories and Nedvest Laboratories and took on the role of part-time Primary Health Care Nurse for Family Medical Centre since 2022.
With the comprehensive background and unwavering determination, he is focused on reaching new heights in occupational health and advocating for better practices that enhance the well-being and productivity of individuals in the workplace.
