Beatrice Leah Chinoko trained as a Nurse Midwife at Phalombe College of Nursing in Malawi in 1993. She went on to gain her Diploma in Community Health Nursing obtained at the the Malawi College of Health Sciences in Lilongwe in 2011. Beatrice gained a Certificate of Competence in Foundational Spirometry in 2014 and went on to gain her European Respiratory Society European Spirometry Driver’s Licence in 2016.
Beatrice now works as a Senior Research Nurse at the Malawi-Liverpool Wellcome Trust and works part time at Education for Health Africa over-reading and quality assuring spirometry in research.
