Sugendrie Bisetty is an Occupational Health Practitioner with a Diploma in Nursing (General, Psychiatry, Community Nursing and Midwifery) from the R K Khan College of Nursing, a Btech Occupational Health Nursing Degree from the Durban University of Technology, where she achieved a distinction and was the top student.
My journey in nursing commenced in 1986 with a keen aspiration for teaching. Following my foundational education, I pursued advanced studies at UNISA focusing on Nursing Education and Administration, culminating in my graduation in 1994 with honours in Nursing Education.
Throughout my academic pursuits, I actively engaged in hospital environments, facilitating practical training for students, thereby nurturing my passion for education.
We welcome and encourage persons interested in promoting spirometry, audiometry and vision screening in South Africa and Africa. Should you be interested in becoming an Education for Health Africa trainer or in country representative we have a train the trainer programme available.
