How to Book your Course:
Download the Booking Form below, complete it clearly and please send the Booking Form with a copy of your ID to support@educationforhealth.africa
On receipt of your booking form and ID copy we will send you a confirmation email supplying you with an invoice, banking details and client reference number. Your booking can only be confirmed once proof of payments is received.
Courses for groups of 10 or more can be arranged in person in host countries on request. Please click here to request a Group Booking Quote.
Entry Requirements:
- To qualify as Audiometrist you need anatomy and physiology on tertiary level
- To qualify as Spirometrist and / or Vision Screening you need a matric
- For OH assistant to conduct Audiometry, Spirometry and Vision Screening you can apply for the OH assistant course
