As the vibrant energy of spring unfolded this year, I felt privileged to share my enthusiasm with a dynamic group of six participants from South Africa, representing a rich blend of medical and non-medical backgrounds, all driven by a shared objective: gaining a deeper understanding of spirometry and its associated elements

With a small group, I could offer personalised attention, fostering an environment where students worked collaboratively and forged new relationships. I strived to ensure no one was left behind, encouraging all students to ask questions and reminding them that no query is irrelevant.

This milestone is just the first step in a long journey, and we remain committed to supporting these students until they achieve certification. Although we encountered internet connectivity issues with some students during the online course, fortunately, all sessions were recorded, enabling them to catch up on any missed content.
