Occupation Audiometry Refresher training April 2024

Greetings to all our new EFHA learners!

In April, we hosted an engaging online Occupational Audiometry Refresher Training Course with 21 dynamic participants hailing from various provinces in South Africa and one from Namibia. Led by our expert facilitator, Angie Butkovic, the session fostered lively interaction and insightful discussions. Angie adeptly addressed participants’ questions, enriching the learning experience and bridging gaps in knowledge.

The feedback from participants was overwhelmingly positive, with many expressing a desire for more time due to their deep engagement with the content. The pre-post quiz on Kahoot was particularly popular for energizing participants and stimulating their involvement. As the session concluded, numerous attendees remarked that they would be revisiting their current audiometric practices, inspired by the quality assurance approach shared during the training.
