Audiometry Refresher Course, Cape Town – Aug 2019

On Wednesday the 21st of August Education for Health Africa presented the Audiometry Refresher Course in Cape Town at Absolute Health in the Office on the beach building.

Four students attended the day. The day started with an audit on their current audiometry practice and in a workshop style we refreshed the importance of protecting hearing in South Africa and how important communication is.

We are striving to prevent hearing loss in South Africa specifically focusing on Noise Induced Hearing Loss which is 100% preventable.
